Never a dull moment

Yesterday the packers came and emptied out our apartment for us.  We're living out of suitcases for the next month.  Today was a rather quiet day. It's nice to have a little calm and quiet.  It was too good to last.  Just as I was enjoying the peace and tranquility, water started flowing from the cupboards below the kitchen sink.  Lindsay was knocking on the door in hysterics (someone had the nerve to talk about cats on her way home).  Once she was in I asked her to hold on while I retrieved some towels to soak up the inch or two of water covering the kitchen floor.  She threw up in the bathroom due to her hysteria, then saw my plight and grabbed some towels to help me in the kitchen.  It was enough of a distraction that she has forgotten how upset she is about leaving our cats behind when we moved.  I think this may have worked in my favor.  Maybe I shouldn't have the leak fixed and just flood the kitchen whenever we need a distraction.  The only flaw with that plan is we can't use the sink (or the kitchen) and I am out of towels.  Darn!

Hopefully your leak will get fixed soon! Miss you guys.
Hey, is a leaking kitchen sink
a trend in the Voigtlaender family?
