Soccer in Belgium

Lindsay played soccer on the "developmental team" this year.  All practices with one game.  Unfortunately for her the day of her game it happened to be pouring rain.  She lasted only a few minutes before she was frozen and crying.  She'll need to practice playing sports out in the rain to toughen up a little.  It rains here a lot.  I must say I'm glad I wasn't on the field that day.  I was shivering cold and I was nice and dry.  The weather proved to be too much for everyone and the game ended early.

On a side note, Ryan and I went to the USA vs Belgium soccer game last month.  It was raining that night too.  Playing soccer here is not for those who like to remain dry.  I'll stick to being a spectator.
